What is a good yearly collectible gift for a girl?
This is my niece’s first Christmas. She’s only 8 months old now; but I want to start a yearly collectible gift tradition for her. I need ideas! I was thinking of the Holiday Barbie, or maybe a yearly Mickey ornament (she seems to love Mickey Mouse). Anyone know of any other good gifts like this?

I used to collect music boxes!
Precious Moments collectibles. My older sisters still have all of their stuff from Xmas (now in their 30s) and it is all Precious Moments. I like this better than Barbies because Precious Moments are always in good taste and sentimental.

I don’t know about each year.
BUT for her first year, how about a the CURRENT Guinness Book of Records.
That way she will have something to look back at in later years.

Unsure of where you are from but I am from Southeast Wisconsin and here at Rasmussen Diamonds you can buy a pearl and collect them so when she is old enough she can have a real pearl necklace.
I inquired about it for my daughter, depending on the size of pearl you want it ranges from $25 - $60 I can not recall the exact sizes and prices. Also, when you start off you have to pay I believe $25 for the chain (which is obviously a one time fee) and then every year or special occasion you can add a pearl. They keep record on what size and price you paid.
